Dr. Joseph Zoline-Black was raised in Ashland, Oregon. His main interest in school was biology and animals, which culminated in his pursuing an undergraduate degree in biology at Whitman College, followed by a veterinary degree at UC Davis.
Dr. Joseph volunteered at multiple shelters and non-profit hospitals during veterinary school. After graduating he attended an internship at VCA Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in Ventura, California before returning to Oregon to work in small animal general practice. He has special interests in internal medicine, preventative care, and radiology.
Dr. Joseph likes to spend free time reading, playing racquetball, and going for long walks with his dog, Lex.
