Refilling your medications and prescription food online can quick and easy and will save you time when your order is ready for pick-up. All it takes is a little planning.

Prescriptions:
All prescriptions do require your pet to be current with their annual exam. Some prescriptions require us to check-in with your veterinarian to confirm the order, so please give us one business day to process your request. In some cases, we may require an examination of your pet prior to re-fill. We will contact you with an update or confirmation you prescription is for pick-up.

Prescription Diets:
All prescription diets do require your pet to be current with their annual exam. We will contact you within one business day to give you an update and let you know if we have the pet food in stock or if we need to make a special order. Special orders do take up to 7 days for delivery, so we strongly recommend you plan ahead.

IMPORTANT: Please give us up to one business day to process your request and respond. Once you hear back from us, you’re welcome to come in and pick up your medications or prescription food.
