We are experiencing a temporary problem with our email@example.com and related @fremontvet.com email accounts. At the moment, we are unable to receive and read emails.
Our account was being upgraded and this upgrade has caused an interruption in service. We’re so sorry we haven’t been able to access your email messages and respond like we normally do. We expect this problem to be resolved today, tomorrow at the latest. Once we’re back online, we’ll work diligently to get caught up and communicate with you. We’ll send another email update to let you know we’re back on track.

Your Petsite account is working fine. We can send and receive emails via this channel. If you’re interested in accessing your pet’s information online and communicating with us online, please review the email invitation we sent recently for instructions or give us a call and we’ll resend the invitation.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your friends and family. We will be closed on Thursday to be with our families too. We are open regular hours on Friday and Saturday in case your pet needs some attention and love.
